使用conda install 安装包提示ssl错误，需要将两个DLL移动一下。

将

C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3\Library\bin\libssl-1_1-x64.dll
C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3\Library\bin\libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll

复制粘贴到

C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3\DLLs\libssl-1_1-x64.dll
C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3\DLLs\libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll

即可解决报错
